Jason Brunt is the founder and CEO/CIO of e3 Technical Solutions and has worked in the IT industry for nearly 25 years. He served for two years as an Executive Board Member for CompTIA, a leading technology organization that establishes standards & best practices for the IT industry. In addition to his expertise in business development and IT project management, he also brings valuable knowledge of IT security, HIPAA compliance, and network management to the e3 team.

A native to the Philadelphia area, Jason’s work ethic and drive to succeed have brought him through many challenges, including a diagnosis of ADD & dyslexia. His life experiences have cultivated deep compassion for others who are struggling to overcome adversity in life, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Jason believes that top-level professional services are essential to the success of any business. His priority is to implement best practices of IT support and security into clients' business environments. Jason’s dedication to e3's success and to providing outstanding customer service to his company's clients is evident.

While Jason enjoys using and learning about technology and seeing the advances in the IT industry, he has found that the most rewarding aspects of leading e3 to be in the relationships and connections that he has cultivated. His passion is to help other businesses grow & succeed using technology while building a business that helps to provide for other people and their families as well. He also endeavors to give back through mentoring aspiring IT professionals and by speaking at conferences on topics such as cyber-security and the future of technology.

Jason serves on the board of Hedwig House, a nonprofit organization that offers Group & Individual mental rehabilitation services for individuals with behavioral health and developmental disabilities, along with a special housing program.

Jason lives in Worcester, PA with his wife of 20 years, their 3 children & two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, learning about history & science, watching football (GO E-A-G-L-E-S!!) & talking with friends over a good cigar.


Kody Hoover, Senior Systems Administrator/Support Manager

Kody Hoover was honorably discharged from the United States Army after 7 years of service, including multiple deployments. After being discharged, Kody attended and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, with a focus in networking. Kody was hired by Jason Brunt right after completing his education, enabling Jason to teach him the best way to run a Help Desk and support his clients. During Kody’s time in the Military, he had a unique job that taught him both great customer service skills as well as time management skills. Both of which he uses daily to maintain a level of confidence with our clients. Kody currently lives in Lansdale, PA with his fiancée and son.


Steven Hodge, Lead Developer

Steven Hodge graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.  After working in the EE field for 8 years, Steven was hired as a senior software developer for the leading manufacturer of fire-fighting and safety equipment.  Pursuing computer technology as both a career and a hobby, Steven is ready and able to learn and develop in nearly any environment.  This passion has resulted in multi-industry experience in database administration, SQL reporting services, .NET development, Angular design, API-back-end creation, and administration of a variety of web CMS platforms. Implementing quality code, utilizing industry best practices, and developing with future-proof sustainability in mind are the values that he brings to his clients with his work.


Jim Harley, Senior Systems Administrator

After retiring from a rewarding career in law enforcement, Jim decided to pursue a new career path in information technology.  Jim worked as a lead tech for a telecommunications company for several years before switching to the banking industry. Jim then spent over a decade working with a regional bank as a tech support group manager and applications developer before joining e3.


Jeff Schoonover, Systems Administrator

Jeff Schoonover has worked in the IT industry for 15 years and has had the opportunity to support the technology needs of large, medium, and small businesses.  A substantial portion of that has been spent supporting complex, custom software in a large enterprise setting. This has yielded significant experience with industry best practices in Helpdesk ticketing and Healthcare/HIPAA information handling.  Jeff’s father worked for one of the major computer manufacturers, and from an early age, Jeff was exposed to the inner hardware workings of personal and business computers.  That has continued in a lifelong fascination with how things work, and a comfort level addressing hardware issues as well as software concerns.


Jynell Kicinski, Finance Manager

With over a decade of experience in office management, Jynell provides a solid foundation for e3 as our Finance Manager, ensuring timeliness and efficiency for clients and vendors.  Jynell is a dedicated mother to her and Jason’s three children.  She also enjoys coaching the girl's varsity volleyball team for North Penn High School, as well as a club volleyball team.



Summer Reese, Project Coordinator

Summer graduated in 2009 with her degree in Finance from Liberty University.  She has spent over a decade teaching in private schools, directing music, and filling various administrative roles while raising her three girls.  She recently joined e3 Technical Solutions as Project Coordinator.  Summer brings a wide foundation of skills to the table and is excited to support the e3 team.


Patrick O'Connor, Security Consultant

Patrick O'Connor graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. He is now serving as a lieutenant and has worked in local law enforcement for 5 years. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and playing paintball.



Mark Haines, Technical Support and Training Specialist

Mark's background lies in electrical & electronic control systems for pharmaceutical and biotech environments, as well as the wind energy sector.  He has extensive experience as a commercial builder of pre-engineered steel buildings, and commercial & residential greenhouses.  His father and grandfather both worked for global computing & electronics companies, and he has been working with computers since before PC's were for sale.  With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Mark also has experience as a digital designer in brand design, ui/ux design for web and app development, and as a painter.  Mark lives in the green farmland of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and spends his spare time in app development, design work, and enjoying bonfires (outside of course).


Bridget Depew, PR and Marketing Coordinator

After 15 years in office administration, Bridget decided to return to school and graduated with a degree in Communications.  Eager to re-enter the workforce, she now joins the e3 team as Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator.  Outside the professional realm, Bridget enjoys writing, taking the occasional singing gig, and spending time with her husband and their two children.  She is excited to take on this new role and grateful to be a part of the team.


Linda Heyser, Business Software Administrator & Consultant

Linda Heyser brings over 25 years of IT industry experience as the newest team member of e3.  Linda’s career portfolio began with Desktop Support and expanded to Help Desk Manager, IT Manager and Director of Support Services.  Her skillset includes desktops, servers, network, infrastructure and Cloud and Software Applications.  Linda has also assisted companies in the past with streamlining their business process flows, both operationally and systemically, to ensure compliance and efficiency.

For the past 10 years, Linda has focused her expertise on Software Administration and Consulting.  She has a wide range of software application knowledge and proficiency.  Most recently, Linda worked for 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, including consulting, building, customizing and implementing Salesforce instances based on business needs.

When Linda is not pursuing her IT profession, she is passionate about animal rescue and ending animal cruelty.  She currently has three of her own “foster fails” living happily in her home in Jeffersonville, PA.
